The photo updates roughly every thirty seconds. To see the most current image, click the "Reload" button. For an automatically updating image, click "Live!" The webcam is connected to my main computer and is only active when the computer is on-line, so if the image doesn't change for a while, it means I'm either not in, or have taken the computer off line for some reason. The camera usually sits on my desk just beside the monitor, and shoots up past my chair looking up at one of the workbenches. Occasionally, I may move it around if I feel the world needs a different perspective. If it's black, then I forgot to shut down the computer for the night.
